ShineBlast Lip gloss

Smoky ShadowBlast Eye Shadow

I recently became a Bzz agent and last week I received some Covergirl makeup to review and some coupons for $2 off ANY covergirl makeup to share. I received the Smokey shadow blast in silver sky and the Shineblast lip gloss in Fire.

I LOVE makeup..I wear it almost every day. I normally don't use the cream eyeshadows because they get in the crease of my eyelids and drive me crazy. I really didn't have this problem with this eyeshadow. Although it did fade a little, The colors blended really well together.
I do like it and will probably purchase some when I run out.

The lip gloss I did love! It didn't feel like I had a ton of grease on my lips and I hate that. It says shine blast and they don't lie! You get a ton of shine out of it! Another thing I don't like in a lipgloss is taste..I will eat it off! This shineblast doesn't have
a taste to me. I would recommend this

I was suppose to put a picture of me wearing the makeup on here...I have worked all day so excuse the tired haggard look! I did reapply the lipgloss for the picture.

Giveaway ends Monday the 24th at midnight.

I’m a BzzAgent who received this kit for free to test and discuss.  My opinion is my own.  You can learn more about BzzAgents and BzzCampaigns

Life, In Spite of Me *book review*

Life, In Spite of Me is a biography about extraordinary hope after a fatal choice. It is written by Kristen Jane Anderson and Tricia Goyer.
I have to say this was one of the best inspirational stories I have EVER read. It is a very uplifting and encouraging read that had me crying more than once. This is another story of the miracles God can do and the people He can use. I highly recommend this book for everybody but especially for young people who might think they have nothing to live for.
On a scale from 1-10 this book is definitely a 10!

She wanted to die. God had other plans.

Why does my life have to be so painful?
What’s wrong with me?
It’s not going to get better.
It could all be over soon, and then I won’t hurt anymore.

Kristen Anderson thought she had the picture-perfect life until strokes of gray dimmed her outlook: three friends and her grandmother died within two years. Still reeling from these losses, she was raped by a friend she thought she could trust. She soon spiraled into a seemingly bottomless depression.

One January night, the seventeen-year-old decided she no longer wanted to deal with the emotional pain that smothered her. She lay down on a set of cold railroad tracks and waited for a freight train to send her to heaven…and peace.

But Kristen's story doesn’t end there.

In Life, In Spite of Me this remarkably joyful young woman shares the miracle of her survival, the agonizing aftermath of her failed suicide attempt, and the hope that has completely transformed her life, giving her a powerful purpose for living.

Her gripping story of finding joy against all odds provides a vivid and unforgettable reminder that life is a gift to be treasured.

Includes notes of encouragement Kristen wishes she had received when she was struggling most.

I didn't get a copy of this book for a giveaway but if anyone is interested in reading a slightly used hard copy let me know in the comments and I will draw a name on May 28th.
